When ordering on-line we will normally E-mail you, confirming your order and providing you an estimated shipping date, most of our in stock products will ship between 24 and 48 hours. If you have particular deadlines, we will do our best to accommodate them, but you must specify the deadline when you order and we incur no additional liability by accepting the order.

 Delivery

Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground service or USPS Priority Mail and if items are in stock it will take 1 to 10 days for delivery. Products not in stock may take 3 days to 6 weeks. If you have particular deadlines, we will do our best to accommodate them, but you must specify the deadline when you order and we incur no additional liability by accepting the order. If you ask us to ship to a P.O. box, we will ship that order Priority Mail and we reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost to reflect additional expenses(usually over 5 lb package). Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box. UPS Overnight, 2-Day Air and 3-Day Select available on a per quote basis. Please call M-F 9:00 am till 5:00 pm PST or email us with order.




Shipping outside United States and territories:

In order for us to ship to an address outside the United States and its territories you must agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.) We will quote you a U.S. dollar amount for shipping the items you ordered via one of the following international shipping companies : UPS, FedEx, or DHL. The shipping charge will be based on the weight of the package and the shipping address provided by you. We Ship FOB Costa Mesa, CA. 92626.
2.) The above quote does not cover duties, tariffs or any miscellaneous charges. Which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We will not ship C.O.D.
3.) The purchaser agrees that in the event that the shipping address provided is not accurate or acceptable to the shipping company, purchaser will pay all fees or anything associated with correcting the address.
4.) The purchaser agrees that if they refuse the package or do not pay the amount due to the shipper (r.e. duties, tariffs, miscellaneous charges or any other fee necessary to deliver the package.) Purchaser is responsible to pay for all shipping charges back to sender.
5.) Returned merchandise must be in new condition. A refund will be given less any retrieval and or restocking expenses.
6.) No returns on any personalized and or custom products.
