When ordering on-line we will normally E-mail you, confirming your order and providing you an estimated shipping date, most of our in stock products will ship between 24 and 48 hours. If you have particular deadlines, we will do our best to accommodate them, but you must specify the deadline when you order and we incur no additional liability by accepting the order. Shoes & Clothing Orders: If you need an item by a specific date we will do our best to provide you fast and reliable service. For quickest shipping we recommend that you provide us with an alternate color when ordering. Colors and sizes are subject to availability at the time of the order. We think you'll be very happy with the products you order from Welcome Aboard, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it in new condition in its original box within 30 days for a full refund or full credit excluding shipping and handling. Follow the instructions on your packing slip. No refunds or returns on personalized items.When ordering personalized items either by phone, FAX or mail, or online, please fill out form completely for each item. Please clearly indicate exactly how personalization should appear including capital letters and punctuation. We will always provide you with excellent customer service and rarely make errors on personalized items. We happily accept phone orders for our customer's convenience, but cannot accept liability for errors in spacing, capitalization, thread color, type style or spelling when an order has not been placed in writing or over the internet. At your request we will happily call or fax you back and confirm your personalized order. Since personalized items are not returnable, we want to insure that we fill your order exactly as you've requested. If no type selection is offered, type will be as shown. For embroidered items, please indicate embroidery thread color. We may need to change prices without notice. We will confirm our current prices when you order. Product description, typographic, pricing and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to corrections. We reserve the right to change specifications and make substitutions for like items.
Shippers now charge an additional $2 for all deliveries made to residential addresses and $4 additional to rural residential addresses. Rather than raise all of our shipping prices we need to add these charges. To avoid this charge, ship to a commercial address. All Shipping prices are for Continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories are extra. Oversize Shipping Charges:
Delivery Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground service or USPS Priority Mail and if items are in stock it will take 1 to 10 days for delivery. Products not in stock may take 3 days to 6 weeks. If you have particular deadlines, we will do our best to accommodate them, but you must specify the deadline when you order and we incur no additional liability by accepting the order. If you ask us to ship to a P.O. box, we will ship that order Priority Mail and we reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost to reflect additional expenses(usually over 5 lb package). Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box. UPS Overnight, 2-Day Air and 3-Day Select available on a per quote basis.
